So we went dune bashing on Saturday. When i first got there I couldn’t help but imagine I was in Mad Max! All sorts of SUV’s blasting around me, dust filling the air, Motorcycles, Quad bikes, you name it.

Ripples

That’s not a hair on my lense, actually it used to be a plant or summat.

Again in DFC (Dubai Festival City), the infamous escalator. I think this escalator has been pictured as much as Burj Al Arab.

Today I wanted to go with something more natural and original. So this picture is straight from the camera, no editing no color enhancing at all. Although I would like to crop it towards the right a little but I will just leave it like this.

This is in Dubai Festival City, known here as DFC. This is actually where Kylie Minogue performed last week (or the week before? )

Atlantis grand opening fireworks

I waited for this, prepared my camera, had to borrow a tripod since my tripod’s head is “missing”, strategically visited places where I can see the hotel and picked my spot. Little did I know about setting up for such an event such as angel, scene, etc…  Someone took a picture of the fireworks with Burj Al Arab in the foreground which turned out to be a brilliant shot, the Burj seemed to look at the fireworks with envy.

My shots were not brilliant, but some turned out ok.
